We advise and provide opinions on the structure and bankruptcy implications of proposed pre-insolvency procedures, corporate reorganization plans as well as on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work. We provide legal advice on the implications of insolvency on business relationships and assist clients in bankruptcy-related litigation.
